I bought this because I fly quite a bit and kept running out of power on my iTouch. With this battery, I don't have to worry about running out of power. In a very short time it gives quite a bit of recharge. In fact, if you let it fully charge, I can get almost 3 full charges on my iTouch (3G).
The only Con is that you cannot listen to the iTouch and charge at the same time as the battery pack blocks the headphone jack. but if you are willing to wait for a bit while it charges, then you are back in business. Possibly in a future design there can be a space allowance for that...
Otherwise, it works great!

I searched and searched for a portable iPhone charger and this was the best price and most versatile one I found. You don't need to have any other cords with you since it plugs right in and carries a pretty decent charge in it. I recommend it.
